Display Poster

A Poster Session presents your research. Poster sessions combine text and graphics to make a visually pleasing presentation, showing your work to numerous attendees at the conference in a short amount of time. This will take place in one large room, with each presenter being supplied a table. As viewers walk by, your poster should quickly and efficiently communicate your research.

Poster Sessions will be held at SMV before the Taste of Sonoma Dinner.

Tuesday at Sonoma Mountain Village (SMV) 5:00 to 6:00PM

Conference staffers will be available in the Cooperage and SMV to assist you in finding your poster location and setting up for your your presentation.

  • Post preseters are supplied with one clothed table. You can bring your own poster board and easle, or we will provide a 36 x 48 inch poster board for table top use.
  • You may pick up the poster supplies if needed at the registration desk.
  • Bring all illustrations needed -- figures, tables, color photographs, charts. All printing is the responsibility of the poster presenter. 
  • Presenters must remain by his/her poster table for the duration of the poster session, which will last one hour.
  • Presenters are encouraged to bring contact cards with their name and contact information.
  • No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.
  • Materials should include the title of the presentation and the list of authors. Title letters in the title should be at least 1 inch high.
