2012 US Biochar Conference Exhibit Opportunity

GENERAL INFORMATION

The 2012 US Biochar Conference is designed to advance our understanding of the economic, science and policy issues related to biochar as both an amendment for soils as well as agent to sequester carbon. The conference is focused on practical results, especially regarding biochar production and its use in agriculture.

Exhibiting during the conference will give your organization an opportunity to network with the conference attendees made up of scientists, engineers, policymakers, policy analysts, producers and users.

WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT

Companies offering the following products and services should consider exhibiting:

  • Companies featuring products made with biochar technology
  • Associations that support efforts in biochar research
  • Consortiums for furthering biochar research 
  • Companies that have equipment or processes affiliated with biochar research       
  • Organizations interested in showcasing sustainable initiatives
  • Other biorenewable related technologies  

EXHIBIT FEE

Exhibit space is is available with any sponsorship fee, starting at $1,000. See the sponsors page for details. Registered attendees may request exhibit space starting at $495 - info@biochar.us.com.

Sponsorship fees includes one registration for the 2012 US Biochar Conference with On-campus Housing, a booth space at the SSU Cooperage, and an opportunity to participate in the Biochar Technology Display and Gala Dinner. The Biochar Technology Display and Gala Dinner will be held at Sonoma Mountain Village on Tuesday July 31 from 1PM to 9 PM with both inside and outside displays.

Additional exhibitor attendee registrations are available at a discounted price. All registrations for exhibit space are on a first come, first serve basis. Booth space is only finalized upon receipt of full payment.

BOOTH FURNISHINGS

Indoor booth displays in the SSU Cooperage will be provided with a booth space that will include the following: one 6' draped table; two chairs. If you have a Trade Show booth with specific size and space requirements email info@biochar.us.com to make arrangements. Exhibit set-up times Sunday 2PM to 4PM and Monday 6AM to 8AM. The booth fee includes electricity if pre-ordered. 

Booth displays at the Biochar Technology Display and Gala Dinner are of two categories: Outside Technology Displays or Inside Table Displays. 

Exhibitors requesting inside display space at the Gala Dinner will get one 6' draped table with two chairs

Exhibitors requesting Biochar Technology Display outside spaces will be assigned a 10' by 10' space in the coutyard, unless other arrangements are requested in advance.  Access for water and power are available by advance request. Protection from weather, rain and winds are the responsibility of the exhibitor. All outdoor exhibits requesting to demonstrate their gasifiers and pyrolyzers must comply with all requirements in the exhibitor guidelines/regulations. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

The conference planning committee will assign all exhibit space. If you have any special requests regarding placement, please indicate those at the time of booking to ensure consideration.
